The Project Power training program is a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding. The goal of the program is to increase strength levels in the squat, bench press and deadlift, and at the same time to increase overall muscle mass!

Description

The Project Power training program is a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding. The goal of the program is to increase strength levels in the squat, bench press and deadlift, and at the same time to increase overall muscle mass! Exporting through the program requires guts and hard work, but in the end the results reward all the effort! Big weights -> big muscles! The training program is divided into 4 parts, 4 training sessions per week without special techniques. The length of the training period is 13 weeks.
