The Project Power Workout Program is a mixture of power lifting and bodybuilding. The goal of the program is to increase power levels in squat, bench press and pull, and at the same time to increase the muscle mass holistically! I designed the program for my own use in the summer of 2018. I managed to increase my overall result during the program by 40 pounds !! Exporting through the program requires guts and hard heads, but at the end the results reward all the effort!
