Individual and group exercise guided by Fress professionals is always available, just an internet connection away – work out anywhere, LIVE or according to your own schedule. Through our Oma Fressi service, you have 100% control over your customer. You can e.g. change your payment information, change your contact information, book group exercise classes and Fressi Trainer appointments, pause or terminate your membership and track your training history. Personal customer service in wellness centers, online (chat) and by phone. Fressi is a 100% domestic company.
