SINGING BATH
This is a moment that is for you. A time that is reserved for calming down, resting and recovering. The singing bowls ring gently according to the Peter Hess® method, where less is more. First, you lie down on a mat and find a comfortable position for yourself. You can use pillows and blankets to support your body. Everyone creates their own warm, safe nest.

SINGING BATH PROCEDURE
The relaxation begins with a clear sound and progresses with the gentle harmonious sounds of the peacefully ringing bowls. Finally, the sounds fade away and you get a moment of peaceful peace in the silence before the relaxation ends with another clear sound. You can let go of all responsibilities and obligations. The gravity of the earth supports you, your breath flows by itself and the sounds of the singing bowls invite you to relax. When the relaxation is over, you can stay for a while longer and gradually awaken your body and mind.
