You can come to us without making an appointment to try climbing. We have suitable climbing even if you have no climbing experience. If you can climb a ladder, you can climb many of our routes. If you are visiting us for the first time, first decide whether you want to boulder at TK Lielahti or wall climb with self-belaying equipment at TK Nekala.

Climbing uses your whole body in a variety of ways, so it can increase muscle strength, coordination and balance. Climbing can help with shoulder impingement caused by sitting for example. Climbing also challenges the mind: climbing routes are like little brain teasers that you solve alone or together with other climbers present. Although climbing is an individual activity, when you solve climbing routes you get to know your climbing friends and our warm-hearted climbing community. Our staff is always there to help you and guide you through everything. So you can come alone or with a friend – you won’t be alone.
