Have you or your loved ones ever wondered about the story of sushi, from its ancient origins to our plates? Do you want to learn how to create maki and nigiri with the guidance of a kitchen master? You’ll get to discover the secrets of sushi, craft your own sushi dishes, and spend an inspiring course session in a relaxed atmosphere!

As an addition to the course, you can also order a beverage package, which includes an aperitif, 2 servings of wine, and a refreshing dessert drink. All beverage products will be arranged directly with the restaurant.

We host an open sushi course once a month, where individual spots can be purchased. The timing for the open courses is always between 6 PM and 9 PM. The dates for the open courses in 2023 are as follows: June 14, August 16, September 13, October 11, November 15, and December 13.

During the course, you will prepare a few maki and nigiri pieces (22 pieces per person) under the guidance of the kitchen master, and you will enjoy the sushi you’ve made at the end of the course. It’s recommended to allocate approximately 2.5 hours for the whole experience. Throughout the course, the chef will explain the art of sushi preparation, the tools involved, as well as its history, while the server will introduce the beverage aspect.
