Description
Wilfa Dual Zone is a large 11 liter air fryer, where you can also divide the cooking container into two 2×5.5 liter cooking zones. This makes it easy to cook two different types of ingredients or dishes at the same time. With the synchronization function, the air fryer ensures that the food in both cooking zones is ready at the same time.
Dual Zone Air Fryer – Grill, fry and dry
Easily prepare your favorite foods, such as potatoes, chicken, fish, shrimp, vegetables, pizza, dried fruits or cake. With the Dual Zone Air Fryer, you can prepare dinner, snacks and desserts.
Large capacity
The large 11 liter basket allows you to cook large amounts of ingredients at the same time. With the separator, you can also divide the large basket into two 5.5 liter cooking zones and cook different ingredients in two different parts.
Synchronization function
When using different ingredients in two different parts of the basket, you can use the synchronization function to ensure that both ingredient zones are ready at the same time.
8 preset programs
Select the dish you want to cook and the Dual Zone will set the recommended time and temperature. The available preset programs are:
French fries, chicken, beef, pizza, fish, shrimp, keep warm and dehydrating.
Memory function
The memory function allows you to customize your programs and manually change the time and temperature in the preset programs, so the result is exactly how you like it. You can save a customized program so you don’t have to adjust it every time.
Dry ingredients
The Dual Zone has temperature settings from 30 to 200 °C. The low temperature settings allow you to dry ingredients with excellent results. Use lower temperature settings for things like granola, dried meat, dried fruit.

The air fryer comes with a baking tray with a grid, a cooking zone separator and a pizza pan.

Tips and tricks
Use the Air Fryer to reheat cooked foods. It will make them as crispy as if they had just been cooked.
Brush or spray the food with a small amount of oil before cooking or halfway through cooking for an even crispier result.
Smaller amounts of food often require shorter cooking times, while larger amounts require longer cooking times. In this case, the automatic time and temperature programs may not match the amount you are cooking. You can easily adjust the time and temperature manually to optimize the result based on the amount of ingredients.
Convert cooking times and temperatures designed for a conventional oven by lowering the temperature by 20 degrees and shortening the cooking time by 20-25%. For example, if your recipe calls for 200 degrees for 10 minutes, you can try hot air baking at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
