The Gymstick Door Gym pull-up bar is a durable, door-frame-mounted pull-up bar with soft grip handles for a firm hold. Pull-ups effectively develop the muscles of the back and the entire upper body. In addition to pull-ups, you can use the pull-up bar for hanging exercises, as well as stretching exercises for the back and shoulders. The included metal brackets, which attach to the door frame, ensure that the bar stays securely in place. Thanks to the quick-lock mechanism on the brackets, you can easily remove the pull-up bar from the door when not in use. Please note: Do not use in doorways wider than 91 cm.
