The Hard Face series’ non-stick, ceramic Ceratec™ Superior coating makes cooking effortless. The easy-to-use and easy-to-clean non-stick coating browns a variety of foods beautifully, and is suitable for effortlessly frying eggs, vegetables, meat and poultry, as well as for preparing delicate dishes such as fish and tofu.

The pan, which meets high quality criteria, is made of 100% recycled aluminum and heats up efficiently and quickly on all types of stoves, including induction. The solid energy base works great on all types of stoves, but it benefits most on ceramic stoves, where it heats up 50% faster and uses 30% less energy for heat transfer. The pan is oven-safe up to 150 degrees, and its maximum frying temperature is 270 degrees. Made in Finland.
