The non-stick ceramic Ceratec™ Superior coating in the Hard Face series makes cooking effortless. This easy-to-use and easy-to-clean surface ensures beautiful browning and is perfect for frying eggs, vegetables, meat, and poultry, as well as for preparing delicate foods such as fish and tofu.

Meeting Fiskars’ high-quality standards, this frying casserole is made from 100% recycled aluminum, ensuring efficient and even heating on all stovetops, including induction. The thick energy base performs exceptionally well on all types of hobs, but it shows its greatest advantage on ceramic cooktops — heating up 50% faster while using 30% less energy.

The transparent, heat-resistant glass lid features two convenient pouring options for added ease. The casserole is oven safe up to 150°C, with a maximum frying temperature of 270°C.
