The Fenix HM61R V2.0 is now even more powerful! The V2.0 version delivers a maximum of 1600 lumens of brightness and illuminates up to 162 meters. The red light function, which preserves night vision, can now be activated directly without white light. The new Quick-release headband allows you to detach the HM61R V2.0 flashlight and use it as a handheld flashlight in just one second. Operating the flashlight is easy with the large button switch located at one end of the flashlight, making it convenient even when wearing gloves. The new runtime modes allow the flashlight to be used continuously for up to 300 hours (lowest brightness mode). The HM61R V2.0 operates on either a 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery or cold-resistant CR123A batteries.

Reliable and Fast Magnetic Charging

Unlike most of its competitors, the flashlight’s magnetic charging connector is located safely directly behind the flashlight head. This placement protects the charging connector from contaminants and wear and tear since the charging connector is not placed in the same part as the super magnet, as is the case with most competing multi-purpose headlamps. The efficient TIR lens optics provide a wide and even illumination without blind spots up to a maximum of 162 meters. The flashlight beam is evenly distributed throughout. The red light can be turned on by pressing and holding the power button for 1.2 seconds. Red light is especially useful when you want to maintain night vision in low-light conditions, use it as a night light without attracting insects, or as a warning light.

No Need for Expensive Special Batteries

The Fenix HM61R V2.0 operates on a standard 18650 Li-ion battery or two cold-resistant CR123A batteries. Since you don’t have to rely on expensive proprietary batteries from the manufacturer, you can always choose the best battery option available on the market, such as the rechargeable cold-resistant Fenix ARB-L18-2900L Li-ion battery. The HM61R V2.0’s 3400mAh battery charges from empty to full in just under four hours. The LED charging indicator clearly displays the progress of the charging.
