Recovery services are used by many athletes, but also by “ordinary” people who want to take care of themselves. Cold therapy, red light and hyperbaric oxygen therapy have been studied extensively and are being studied continuously.
For example, for sleep problems, skin problems, chronic stress and migraines, we recommend frequent series of treatments at first, and individual maintenance treatments a few times a month once the situation has improved.
