The Cozze 13″ Electric Pizza Oven reaches optimal pizza baking temperature in about 20 minutes. With this oven, you can bake pizzas up to approximately 13 inches (about 34 cm) in diameter.

The secret to delicious pizza lies in a high-quality, heat-retaining baking stone and an exceptionally high baking temperature. Pizza cooks quickly – in as little as 60 to 90 seconds. The Cozze 13″ pizza oven is ready to use straight out of the box, as it comes pre-assembled at the factory. You only need to attach the handle to the oven door. Designed for outdoor use, the Cozze Electric pizza oven runs on electricity. Just plug it into a power outlet, switch it on, and wait for the baking stone to heat up.

The heating elements located in the oven’s ceiling are adjustable. The oven is equipped with a thermostat, ensuring the set baking temperature remains as stable as possible. A digital display next to the thermostat shows the oven’s internal temperature. The oven temperature can be set as low as approximately 100°C and as high as 450°C.

A removable front cover is also included, which is helpful during preheating and baking—especially in windy weather. The cover speeds up preheating and helps maintain even heat during baking.
