Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the existing insole from your shoe.
2. Trim the HEAT FLAT insole to the desired size (sizes 36–48) along the indicated lines. Take care not to cut the power cable or the heating element under the forefoot.
3. Place the HEAT FLAT insole into the shoe.
4. Run the power cable along the back of the heel and up the calf.
5. Connect the power cable to Therm-ic C-PACK batteries.
