Use the device on each target area for 2–15 minutes at a distance of 10–30 cm. For example, 5 minutes for the face, 10 minutes for the lower back, and 10 minutes for the knee.

Care Instructions:
The metal light can be wiped with a damp cleaning cloth soaked in a mild detergent solution with a pH value between 6 and 9. Avoid excessive polishing or scrubbing, as this may remove the coating, causing the surface to darken or discolor. Ensure the detergent is non-abrasive, and the cleaning cloth is not too rough.
