Go! – Running Coaching – Half Marathon Program This coaching is for an experienced runner. Also check out the beginner’s running program Ready! Both a medium runner running program set! Is your goal a half marathon? Would you like to get more out of running? Are the running loops always the same length and the same pace? Has the run started causing pain or strain injuries? The Go! Running Coaching and the Half Marathon Operating Cut it contains is suitable for an experienced runner who needs an extra challenge for their workouts or wants to work out purposefully for the half marathon. During coaching, you will also receive tips for running support training and running techniques. They help to improve running while preventing possible injuries. Go! -Running coaching briefly: Duration: 12 weeks Main Goal: Better running technique and basic fitness to achieve your goal with a half marathon Promise: The Half Marathon program teaches you how to improve fitness and running technology to achieve more efficient running and better results Exercises: Coaching includes every week 3 running exercises, 1 voluntary exercise, 2 muscular exercises, and one mobility and body care exercise Exercise Programs Briefly: Half Marathon Program for 12 weeks, which will increase your oxygen uptake and muscle strength. Coaching also includes an easy-to-implement strength training program and mobility & coordination training to support effective running technology
