Sparkling wines with nuance and poise are very dry or dry. The aroma world has plenty of minerality and fresh fruitiness. Sparkling wines made using the traditional method are served well chilled, at 8–12 degrees. The fresh sparkling wines are served slightly cooler, at 6–8 degrees.
